Will Atlantis work with my existing boat lift?
The Atlantis Retrofit Kit is designed for compatible legacy GEM and TECH controller cabinets. Compatibility depends on your cabinet and lift configuration. Tell us your cabinet brand and model so Atlantis or an authorized dealer can confirm the right setup before you buy.
Do I need Wi-Fi or a subscription?
Local lift control through Atlantis Boater uses Bluetooth and is free, with no Wi-Fi connection or remote-access subscription required. Optional Atlantis Remote Anywhere Access adds remote control and notifications over Wi-Fi for $6 monthly or $66 annually per lift, subject to connectivity and network availability.
How much does the controller upgrade cost?
Contact Atlantis for a quote based on your existing equipment and installation needs. Hardware and installation are scoped for your project; the optional remote-access plan is separate. Request a retrofit quote or talk to an authorized dealer.
Who installs and sets up the retrofit kit?
The kit is designed for dealer installation, configuration, and calibration. An authorized Atlantis dealer can help plan the retrofit and set up app access. Find a dealer, or contact Atlantis to discuss availability in your area.
Can I use my iPhone or Android phone?
Yes. Atlantis Boater is available for iOS and Android. It provides local Bluetooth control for approved Atlantis lifts, with presets, schedules, and support. The retrofit kit also includes waterproof remotes.
What warranty comes with Atlantis hardware?
Covered Atlantis devices include a 2-year limited warranty, subject to installation, configuration, maintenance, and use requirements. Review the warranty coverage and exclusions for eligibility and the claims process.
